2nd-line: topical retinoid OR benzoyl peroxide 5% gel (OTC) for 6-8/52

3rd-line: topical clindamycin 1% cream BD 12/52

4th-line: tetracycline 500mg BD OR doxy 100mg OD for 6-12/52. (lymecycline only if photosensitivity/ADR/CI/intolerance/inefficiency with doxy)

Pregnancy/BF: erythro 500mg BD 6-12/52
