Vulvo-vaginal candidiasis
Clotrimazole pessaries/cream or fluconazole (OTC) if non-recurrent (≤2 episodes in 6M). Recurrent (>4/yr): fluconazole 150mg every 72 hours induction, followed by 150mg/wk for 6/12. Pregnant/BF: if symptomatic: clotrimazole 100mg PV at night for 6/7. Avoid oral. No evidence to treat asympomatic male partners.
