Of the most common drugs of misuse, cannabinoids and benzodiazepines stay detectible in urine for the longest; 7-30 days and 3-6 weeks respectively.

Cannabis

A 2014 Cochrane review reported that there was incomplete evidence for all of the pharmacotherapies investigated.

There are currently no pharmacotherapies approved for treatment of cannabis-use disorders.
