Crohn's disease

• Crohn’s disease likely with h/o diarrhoea and oral ulceration. Clinically it can be difficult to distinguish from acute appendicitis. Diverticulitis uncommon if younger. Mesenteric adenitis is more common in children with recent URTI. Meckel’s diverticulae are present in around 2% of the population and can only be definitively diagnosed at operation.
